Own end-to-end design for campaigns, product launches, and marketing content across social, web, print, and presentations using Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
You will own end-to-end design for campaigns, product launches, and marketing content across social, web, print, and presentations. You will develop visual concepts, evolve the design system, manage production from scoping through delivery, coordinate agencies, lead high-visibility creative projects, and improve scalable design processes.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel marketing content
- Develop narrative-driven visual concepts and evolve the design system
- Manage the production lifecycle from scoping and revisions to delivery
- Prioritize concurrent projects independently
- Partner with stakeholders, creative leadership, and external agencies
- Lead creative development for high-visibility projects
- Improve team processes with scalable components and AI tools
Requirements
- 3-5 years of brand design experience with agency and in-house expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating visual systems and brand thinking across digital, motion, merchandise, or physical collateral
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in emerging AI design tools
- Experience extending brand design systems and executing creative direction
- Experience managing end-to-end projects and external agencies or freelance partners
- Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Ability to partner across marketing, strategy, content, and communications
- Ability to present work to senior stakeholders and articulate creative rationale
