Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for campaigns and product launches
- Create marketing content for social, web, print, and presentations
- Develop narrative-driven visual concepts
- Extend the brand design system
- Manage production from scoping through delivery
- Coordinate with external agencies and freelance partners
- Lead creative development for high-visibility projects
- Improve creative team processes
- Introduce scalable components and AI tools
- Present work to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-5 years of brand design experience
- Agency and in-house design experience
- Robust portfolio demonstrating visual systems and brand thinking
- Digital, motion, merchandise, or physical collateral design experience
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency
- Experience building and extending brand design systems
- Creative direction experience
- End-to-end production and agency management experience
- Ability to manage concurrent projects and deadlines
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to present work and advocate for creative decisions
