Requirements:
√ Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in brand or graphic design.
√ Are proficient in Figma, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
√ Have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to design for both digital and print.
√ Understand typography, colour, composition, layout and visual hierarchy.
√ Can work within existing brand guidelines without sacrificing creativity.
√ Can develop campaign concepts, create reusable templates and maintain organised design assets.
√ Can explain the thinking behind your design decisions, collaborate with a team and deliver quality work on time.
√ Experience in illustration, art direction or designing for fintech brands would be a welcome advantage.
√ Most importantly, we want someone who takes ownership of their craft, pays attention to the little details and understands that good design isn't just about making things look beautiful. It's about communicating clearly and building trust.
