Brand Executive (Junior | FMCG | Contract)
Summary
Junior brand executive in FMCG plans and executes marketing campaigns, tracks performance, and coordinates with sales to drive product launches and retail execution.
Responsibilities
Plan, create, and implement ATL and BTL marketing campaigns and promotions
Prepare and present campaign progress and post-mortem reports to measure effectiveness and guide business decisions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to conceptualize and ensure smooth campaign execution
Prepare sales sell-in kits and product decks for new product launches
Manage the A&P budget for the assigned portfolio to forecast and optimize spend
Collaborate with the sales team to develop trade activities and ensure proper retail execution
Maintain marketing data and category assets by monitoring market trends and competitive intelligence
Oversee product packaging design across domestic and international markets to ensure accurate and timely artwork submissions
Develop new products aligned with business needs utilizing market and consumer insights
Update and maintain product information, artworks, catalogues, the corporate website, and sales listings as required
Requirements
Degree in Marketing or Communication field.
0-2 years of working experience in providing brand management/marketing functions
Experience in FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
