Brand Executive

About Us

TC Import & Export Pte Ltd is an established dry goods importer and distributor representing well-known international brands across Singapore. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Brand Executive to join our growing team and work closely with our Sales Director in driving business growth and managing our portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Sales Director in managing assigned brands and supporting day-to-day business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, sales forecasts and demand planning to ensure healthy stock availability.
• Coordinate and monitor incoming shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders and internal departments.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, market analysis and business reviews for management and brand principals.
• Monitor and manage A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budgets, ensuring expenses are properly tracked and claims are submitted on time.
• Coordinate and execute trade promotions, marketing activities and customer campaigns to grow sales.
• Liaise closely with brand principals and build strong working relationships.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to improve sales performance, revenue and business growth.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in FMCG, food distribution or brand management is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Meticulous, strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with principals or FMCG brands will be an advantage.
