About the Role
We're hiring a Brand Manager to own end-to-end campaign execution, timelines, and creative workflow across our marketing calendar. You'll be the operational backbone of a promo program that runs 12+ multi-channel campaigns per year (sitewide sales, category launches, product campaigns), each spanning on-site placements, retention channels, paid media, affiliate, and social. You'll coordinate timelines and deliverables across 5+ internal teams (marketing performance, brand, product, merchandising, IT, UX/UI, customer experience), manage feedback loops with multiple external agency partners, consolidate and report campaign performance and work directly in Figma alongside designers to review creative against brand standards and route assets for approval. You'll track campaign performance against KPIs, flag compliance concerns, and present results to leadership.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end campaign timeline for each marketing launch and promotion: build the schedule, set milestones, track deliverables across channels, and keep every stakeholder on deadline.
- Manage the master marketing calendar in coordination with our creative and content team based in the Philippines, coordinating launch dates across eCommerce product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns while flagging conflicts and dependencies early.
- Run creative workflow in Figma: prepare briefs, review layouts against brand standards, leave actionable feedback, manage versioning, and route final assets to channel owners.
- Coordinate cross-functional kickoffs, status updates, and post-campaign retros with channel stakeholders within the marketing organization, product, merchandising, IT, UX/UI, and customer experience teams.
- Serve as the marketing operations lead for partner brand relationships: coordinate campaign briefs and timelines, own execution accountability, track performance against targets, and deliver reporting and insights to partner stakeholders and internal leadership
- Manage briefing and feedback loops for your campaigns with external agency partners (performance, creative, content, and media), ensuring scope clarity, deliverable tracking, and timely asset approvals
- Maintain campaign trackers and asset libraries so every channel ships the right creative, in the right spec, on the right day.
- Support brand consistency across CarParts.com and JC Whitney, including rebrand campaign rollouts.
- Put together strategy presentations, and one sheets and present to internal and external stake holders
- Assist with campaign performance recaps, pulling results into post-mortem summaries and recommendations including recommending targeting and segmentation strategies
- Manage the Marketing monthly business review and competitive analysis for the team
- Leverage AI tools and automation daily to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and reduce manual coordination overhead
What You'll Bring
- 4-6 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management, especially seasonal and product specific promotions, marketing project management, or creative operations - eCommerce or retail preferred.
- Working proficiency in Figma (required): navigating files, commenting and markup, managing components/versions, and collaborating with designers on production-ready assets.
- Familiarity with design fundamentals (layout, hierarchy, typography, color) and ability to review comps against brand standards; experience giving designers actionable, specific feedback (not just "doesn't feel right")
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent timelines and hit hard launch dates without dropping details.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Airtable, or similar) and comfort building trackers from scratch.
- Strong written communication — briefs, status updates, and feedback that people can act on.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data (KPIs, ROI, conversion metrics, channel attribution) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for optimization and post-mortem reviews; comfort with GA4, Tableau, or similar BI tools
Nice to Have
- Automotive, aftermarket parts, or enthusiast-audience experience.
- Familiarity with email/SMS platforms (Attentive, Blueshift), GA4, Tableau and how creative specs differ by channel.
- Exposure to AI-assisted marketing workflows and creative tools.
A reasonable salary estimate for this role based on experience, education, and geographic location is: $80,000 - $110,000
