Brand Manager (Fertilizer)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans to drive sustainable growth across the assigned crop portfolio, with clear focus on sales, profitability, and business growth.
- Lead marketing strategy from planning through execution, including trade promotions, consumer promotions, and other commercial activation initiatives.
- Take full ownership of P&L, revenue, and market share performance for the assigned portfolio.
- Support brand strategy development by defining brand identity, positioning, and brand direction, and translating these into clear brand guidelines.
- Define customer segmentation and optimize the SKU portfolio, including future product innovations, in collaboration with Agronomy and R&D teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and product positioning to identify opportunities and develop appropriate actions.
- Conduct market research and translate consumer, customer, and market insights into actionable marketing strategies and execution plans.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Agronomy, R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or a related commercial role; FMCG experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of brand management, sales, and business development, with a solid understanding of P&L management and basic financial principles.
- Experience in market research, consumer insights, and translating data into actionable strategies and execution plans.
- Understanding of both offline and online media channels and their applications in marketing campaigns.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong leadership, ownership, and results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and presentation tools.
