Job Overview
The Brand Manager – Milk & Agri will be responsible for developing brand strategies, managing the product portfolio, and driving brand growth through effective marketing initiatives and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow brand market share.
- Manage product portfolio, launches, and innovations.
- Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- FMCG experience is preferred.
