Brand Marketing Manager, AI Education, Consumer Apps Marketing

As a Brand Marketing Manager on the Education marketing team, you will build audience trust in Google’s AI Learning ecosystem by activating our cross-company education narrative across earned, owned, and paid marketing and communications channels. You will work with cross-functional teams to craft compelling positioning and messaging that articulates the unique value of our education ecosystem and lead amplification campaigns to drive awareness and engagement among key opinion formers and educators. As part of the global team, you will create scalable toolkits, assets, and processes that empower regional teams to adapt and execute this narrative in their local markets.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits

  • Execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for our cross-company learning narrative, translating audience segmentation and market research into actionable campaign plans.
  • Craft differentiated, user-centric positioning and messaging that highlights the value of our learning ecosystem and our commitment to responsible AI development.
  • Support partner teams in launching targeted launch and amplification campaigns across priority educator, student, institution, and influencer audiences.
  • Produce and manage end-to-end marketing assets across key surfaces, including executive talking points, video content, websites, blog posts, and social channels.
  • Partner closely with regional marketing teams to distribute guidance, templates, and creative assets for local adaptation.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4 years of experience in product/brand marketing or brand management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in the education and learning sector.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Ability to self-initiate and comfortable with ambiguity and can self-direct their projects in an unstructured environment.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and changing environment with an entrepreneurial approach.
  • Excellent problem solving skills with an ability to seamlessly go from strategy to ideation to execution; and work collaboratively across highly matrixed teams in a global organization and across all of Google.
