Brand Marketing Manager

Discussion

Who We Are

ClearGrid is revolutionizing the debt resolution industry with cutting-edge AI and advanced analytics. We leverage real-time data, machine learning, and automation to optimize debt recovery for financial institutions. As we scale our technology platform, we are building high-performance, resilient systems to support our next phase of hyper-growth.

About the Role

We are hiring a Brand Marketing Manager to own how ClearGrid shows up in the market. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who wants full ownership of a function rather than a slice of one.

You will build ClearGrid's presence among collections and credit leaders across the GCC and extend the playbook to new markets as we grow. That means running events people want to attend, building a community senior practitioners choose to be part of, making ClearGrid easy to find when buyers research collections technology, and running campaigns that produce qualified pipeline rather than impressions.

You will set the standard for creative quality. We want someone with a strong eye and firm editorial judgment, who briefs partners well, gives sharp feedback, and protects the brand from work that feels generic or off. You will work closely with sales, product, and leadership, and you will bring in external specialists where they add value while staying accountable for the outcome.

What You'll Own

Brand and creative standard: ClearGrid's visual identity, tone of voice, and creative quality across every touchpoint. Messaging, positioning, sales collateral, case studies, and category narrative. Briefing and directing designers, agencies, and freelancers.

Events: Our event presence end to end, from selecting the right opportunities and shaping the concept through logistics, on-site delivery, and follow-up that converts attendance into qualified opportunities.

Community: A genuine peer network of heads of collections and adjacent decision-makers, including its programming, content, and growth. Not a mailing list, but a group senior practitioners engage with because it is useful to them.

Search and category presence: SEO, website content and conversion, paid search, and visibility in AI-driven discovery tools. Our profiles on Capterra, G2, and other relevant review and comparison platforms, including a working customer review programme.

Digital demand generation: LinkedIn organic and paid, Google Ads, campaign development, content distribution, and lead nurture, with clear reporting across leads, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution.

Market intelligence: Competitor tracking and market monitoring, translated into positioning and campaign decisions rather than reports.

Reporting: A simple, reliable rhythm for brand, community, demand, and pipeline performance that leadership can act on.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing, with meaningful time in SaaS or another complex, considered-purchase sales environment

  • Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken, including senior-facing conversation

  • A portfolio of brand, campaign, event, and content work you personally led

  • Hands-on campaign management in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, including budget ownership and performance optimisation

  • Working command of SEO and website conversion, with tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console

  • Experience managing software review and directory listings, ideally G2 and Capterra, and running review generation

  • Marketing automation and CRM fluency, for example HubSpot or Salesforce, with the ability to build and report on a funnel from lead to pipeline

  • CMS and landing page ownership, for example Webflow or WordPress

  • Design literacy in Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite, enough to brief, review, and make final calls on creative

  • Event delivery experience covering sponsorships, hosted formats, and roundtables

  • Comfort operating across the GCC and engaging executives in financial services
