RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively enhance brand growth and market visibility.
· Conduct thorough analyses of market trends to identify significant opportunities and potential challenges.
· Lead initiatives focused on market research to obtain critical consumer insights that inform strategic decisions.
· Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness and reach.
· Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and public relations teams to achieve cohesive objectives and amplify results.
· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing detailed reports for ongoing enhancement.
· Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional activities to strengthen brand recognition and consumer engagement.
· Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically to enhance return on investment.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
· A minimum of five years of demonstrated experience in marketing, particularly within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) and food industries.
· A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes.
· Strong analytical skills, complemented by expertise in market research methodologies.
· Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to effectively guide and inspire teams.
· Proficiency in contemporary digital marketing tools and platforms to optimize strategic initiatives.
