Brand Marketing & Product Manager
Summary
The Brand Marketing & Product Manager will lead skincare brand strategy and new product development for the US market, coordinating between local teams and the Korea HQ. The role involves managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, product lifecycles, and cross-functional collaboration to drive brand awareness and sales.
1. Brand Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute mid-to-long-term brand marketing strategies skincare portfolio in the US market.
• Lead end-to-end execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
(digital, social, influencer, experiential, and PR) to drive brand awareness and
consumer conversion.
• Oversee content creation, creative production, and event activations to ensure
consistent brand messaging across all B2B and B2C touchpoints.
• Develop tailored marketing messaging for B2B (Sephora, OY, CostCo, and etc.) and
B2C (end-consumers) channels.
• Manage the marketing budget, track performance metrics (KPIs), and optimize
campaigns to maximize ROI.
2. Product Management & New Product Planning (NPD)
• Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive mapping to
identify growth opportunities and define new product concepts.
• Collaborate closely with HQ R&D, production teams, and US regulatory specialists
to manage the product development pipeline and ensure compliance.
• Formulate Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, including
product positioning, pricing structure, channel distribution, and promotion plans.
• Monitor product performance, manage the product life cycle (PLC), and analyze
portfolio profitability.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management
• Partner with Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and HQ teams to align on
product launch timelines, demand forecasting, and inventory allocation.
• Select and manage external partners, including PR agencies, creative/design
vendors, and digital marketing agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bio/Life Sciences, or a
related field.
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing and product management (PM/NPD)
• Deep understanding of the US beauty, skincare, or Aesthetic/Bio-tech industries.
• Professional fluency in both English and Korean is required (for seamless
communication with Korea HQ and local US market execution).
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end new product planning (NPD) and
launching successful GTM campaigns.
• Strong balance of analytical skills (data-driven decision-making) and creative
strategic thinking.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership, project management, and communication
skills
