Brand Marketing Specialist
It’s an exciting time for Bradshaw Home Brand Marketing and we’re looking for a rockstar Marketing Specialist to join our team.
The Brand Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives across Bradshaw Home’s portfolio of brands, which includes GoodCook, the #1 brand in kitchenware, as well several household cleaning brands: Evercare, Casabella, Rhino Strength and iconic licensed brands that we bring to life through communications.
This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role for someone who is smart, organized, proactive, and eager to build a broad marketing experience.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, this role will help keep projects moving across multiple channels, including but not limited to involvement in digital advertising, website, PR, social media, influencer and content development across the brand journey. All this work is informed by sharply defined brand strategy and keen consumer insight.
This is a crucial member of the Brand Marketing team, and there is a meaningful opportunity to shape this role and take ownership of projects aligned with the candidate’s interests and strengths.

Responsibilities
- Integrated Brand Marketing: Assist with initiatives across multiple channels, including but not limited to digital advertising, PR, social media, influencer, website, email and content development. Responsibilities include:
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, approvals and communication across internal teams, agency partners and external vendors.
- Product Seeding: With input from the team, own unpaid influencer and PR product seeding program, from ideation of creative mailers to planning, assembly, shipping and tracking.
- General Product Sampling: Manage product sample requests on an ongoing basis.
- Event Prep: Support photoshoot and event preparation, including product organization, sample coordination, prop management, packing, shipping, on-site setup, and other logistical support as needed.
- Creative Support: Submit and manage creative requests while tracking timelines, coordinating reviews, routing approvals, and distributing final assets.
- Results Tracking: Aggregate results of brand marketing activities and contribute to internal report-outs.
- Asset Management: Own marketing’s library of assets, including organizing and maintenance, project documentation, shared resources, and departmental files.
- Competitive Analysis: Own monitoring competitive activity, consumer trends and category developments and share with the team to help inform marketing recommendations.
- Presentation Prep: Help prepare presentations, briefs, reports and other marketing materials as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute new ideas.
- Project Ownership: Take ownership of select projects based on business needs, experience and areas of interest.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, marketing operations, communications, or a related role. Experience with consumer brands is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Collaborative, resourceful and comfortable working across cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
Pay and Benefits:
US$73,000.00 - US$78,000.00 Annually
Final compensation offered will be determined based on a number of job-related factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the company’s benefits program, which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, accrued vacation, floating holidays, and designated company holidays.
