Brand & Operations Executive

Employment Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: Starting from SGD 3,000-5,000 per month (commensurate with experience and performance)

About the Company

Levoir International Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company specializing in jewelry design, e-commerce, live commerce, and lifestyle retail. In addition to jewelry operations, the company collaborates with Korean brands and introduces curated lifestyle products to the Singapore market through digital commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily order processing and inventory operations.
• Coordinate stock movement and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support.
• Manage and operate TikTok Seller Center and related e-commerce platforms.
• Create, update, and maintain product listings.
• Provide general administrative and operational support.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth business operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop or other online commerce platforms is an advantage.
