Brand Partnerships Lead, Reality Labs

Our products only reach their full cultural potential when they show up in the moments people already care about — sport, music, fashion, film, gaming, and beyond. We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Lead to originate and drive the high-profile external partnerships that define how the world experiences Reality Labs products. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who can independently own a portfolio of high-visibility partnerships end to end — from strategy and courtship through negotiation, activation, and measurement — and who can influence senior stakeholders across Meta and at the world's biggest brands.
