- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of, or prior experience in, the displays and signage industry is a plus
- Must be active, ambitious, and motorized
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand recognition and sales
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and preferences
- Create and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
- Organize and attend events, conferences, and trade shows
- Train and educate retail staff on product features and benefits
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to the company
