Brand Representative (Sales Assistant)

About the role

Our Brand Representatives bring the in-store experience to life: they interact closely with customers, represent our brand authentically, and help create a welcoming environment for everyone. This position is ideal for people who enjoy connecting with customers, helping them find what they need, and keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

What you'll do

• Customer experience: Offer warm, friendly, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate their needs, initiate interactions in a natural and comfortable way, and provide product support and personalized style advice.
• Sales floor maintenance: Contribute to product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented sales environment. This includes folding, hanging, sorting by size, and ensuring presentation standards are met.
• Cashier operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, guaranteeing a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Online orders: Create a seamless omnichannel experience by supporting "Save the Sale" orders, managing in-store pickups, and preparing orders shipped from the store.

The initial full-time compensation for this position is €19,005.00 per year (i.e., the full-time hiring salary range for this position is €19,005.00 - €19,005.00 per year). The initial compensation and range may be modified in the future. For clarifying purposes, our current full-time equivalent workday is 40 hours per week.
