Job Scope & Key Responsibilities 工作范围与主要职责

• Conduct daily grooming inspections at all outlets
每日对所有门店进行员工仪容仪表检查

• Ensure staff wear clean, neat, and complete company uniforms
确保员工穿着整洁、完整的公司制服

• Check that staff wear the approved footwear
检查员工是否穿着符合规定的工作鞋

• Ensure hair, makeup, nails, and personal grooming comply with company standards
确保员工发型、妆容、指甲及整体仪容符合公司标准

• Verify staff name tags and accessories are worn correctly
检查员工名牌及配饰佩戴是否规范

• Ensure treatment rooms and workstations are clean and presentable before business starts
确保营业前护理房间及工作区域整洁有序

• Conduct random outlet inspections throughout the day
在营业期间进行不定时门店巡检

• Record non-compliance and submit daily or weekly reports
记录不合规情况并提交每日或每周报告

• Follow up with Outlet Managers to ensure corrective actions are taken
与门店经理跟进并确保问题得到改善

• Coach staff on professional appearance and brand image
指导员工提升专业形象与品牌形象

• Ensure new employees understand grooming standards during on-boarding
确保新员工在入职时了解公司仪容标准

• Support HR and Operations teams in maintaining SOP compliance
协助人力资源与营运团队执行标准作业流程（SOP）
