About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Brand Designer to develop and enhance the visual presence of a fast growing technology company and its products. The role involves creating cohesive and distinctive design solutions across branding, marketing, and business initiatives, ensuring a consistent visual identity across different platforms.

You will contribute to the development of brand aesthetics in the rapidly evolving AI industry, deliver high-quality creative assets, and work with cross-functional teams to maintain a strong and recognisable brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the brand's visual identity, including brand guidelines, design systems, and creative assets to ensure a cohesive brand experience.

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design user interfaces and ensure a consistent brand experience across digital products.

• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into engaging visual designs for digital campaigns, social media, marketing, and community initiatives.

• Design branded merchandise and physical products, overseeing the creative process from concept development and prototyping to printing and production.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in visual communications, branding, graphic design, or a comparable creative field.

• Strong proficiency in relevant design applications, familiar with AI creative tools.

• Understanding of brand identity and visual communication, with the ability to translate brand positioning into consistent and expressive design solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale, incorporate feedback, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
