Branded Consumer Experiences Strategy Lead (Secondment - 6 Months)

WHY PATIENTS NEED YOU

The Branded Consumer Experiences Strategy Lead will help drive the future-state strategy for Pfizer's branded consumer digital experiences, with a specific focus on brand.com, and translate that strategy into the design, componentry, and operating model needed to bring it to life.

WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE

Working alongside an incoming product lead for branded consumer experiences, the secondee will build upon a preliminary strategy for what the future state looks like for our branded consumer digital experiences, finalize the strategy and get signs off, and then partner with UX, product, and delivery teams to make sure the agreed direction is executed with fidelity. The ideal person can hold the big-picture strategic intent and ensure pull through of the strategy into design systems, playbooks, and operating models.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT

  • Finalize and socialize the future state of Pfizer's branded consumer digital experiences, securing sign-off on the strategic changes to brand.com sites and how branded experiences show up across our digital consumer ecosystem.

  • Lead conversations with MLR/RC to gain conceptual approval of new branded consumer experiences strategy.

  • Partner with the UX team to pitch and advance a unified design system implementation aligned to the agreed brand.com changes.

  • Support development of the playbook and componentry that bring the brand.com changes to life (design to be led by UX), ensuring everything ladders back to the agreed strategy. Playbook to be finalized within the secondment period.

  • Partner closely with the incoming branded consumer experiences product lead, translating strategy into clear direction the product and delivery teams can build against.

  • Ensure the new brand.com operating model successfully comes to life. This includes triaging incoming brand.com requests that fall outside existing componentry and determining whether a net-new experience or component is needed. Where it is, lead human centered design process to identify net-new experience needs – overseeing research, concepting and componentry design.

  • Establish north stars and KPIs for branded consumer experiences so success is measurable and the experience stays consistent across the brand portfolio.
