Brazer 1 - 1st Shift
Bosch Home Solutions is seeking a Brazer 1. This position perform critical assembly line and sub-assembly brazing operations on air conditioning units and associated equipment with copper tubing
Key Responsibilities
- Read and understand Operational Method Sheets (OMS) and job instructions
- Handle materials to and from workstation
- Perform critical brazing operations requiring extreme precision and care
- Maintain proper heating techniques for filler material flow in all directions
- Determine material preparation, filler metal, and flux requirements
- Adjust torch flame and tips for various brazing operations
- Maintains quality standards including first and last part inspection or parts produced against OMS and/or specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience Brazing, welding, soldering preferred
- Ability to read OMS and quality specifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement support
