Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
Job Description: We are looking for a Brazilian-Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Agent to support enquires and clients remotely. Working from an Athenian office, you'll be responsible for answering new cases, old cases and general queries, via a mix of telephone, email, and online chats. Full, paid training is provided.

Requirements
· You must have a C1/C2 level of Brazilian-Portuguese, both written and verbal, and a high level of English.
· Your native language and nationality must be clearly listed in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
· You must have a valid EU passport.
· You must be either living in Greece, or willing to relocate there. We offer a relocation package for successful candidates living abroad.
