Daily bread production in a high-volume restaurant kitchen, mixing, shaping, and baking loaves alongside prep-cook duties.
The Honor Bar in Del Mar, a new restaurant from the Hillstone Restaurant Group, is now open! We are currently seeking candidates to join our opening culinary team.
Baker/Prep Cook hybrid positions are available. Two days baking bread, three days Prep Cook.

Baker: This position involves high volume bread production. No pastries or desserts are included in this role. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask are extremely important. Prior experience is preferred. Competitive compensation based on experience, ranging from $23-$27/hour.
