Provides highest quality service to the guest at all times.

Responds appropriately to any requests or concerns.

Follows all safe food handling procedures.

Knowledgeable of all continental breakfast core items.

Maintains breakfast area in a clean, functional manner.

Informs management of all guest-related problems and any shortages of core items.

Knowledgeable of safety and security measures of the hotel.

Must be able to work early morning shifts.

During peak business times or during times of employee shortages, must be willing to assist with duties in other departments including housekeeping, laundry, and front desk.

Maintains a clean lobby and breakfast area.

Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Must be able to pass certification from health department if required.
- Experience: Prior food handling experience preferred.
- Specific job knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Communicate effectively with other employees and guests.
- Follow instructions as directed.
- Ability to read, write and understand basic English.
- Ability to learn and apply safe food handling practices.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to lift, bend, crouch/stoop, climb, stand, reach, twist, and push and pull equipment.
- Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
