Breakfast Attendant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable Hotel Breakfast Attendant to provide an excellent morning dining experience for our guests. This role is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and breaking down the breakfast service area while ensuring cleanliness, food quality, and outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, set up and replenish breakfast buffet items according to hotel standards

• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and well-stocked

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area and kitchen space

• Greet guests warmly and assist with questions or special requests

• Monitor food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Wash dishes, utensils, and equipment as needed

• Break down and clean breakfast area after service
