Breakfast Chef | 5-Star Hotel | Camps Bay, Cape Town

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated Breakfast Chef to join a prestigious 5-star hotel in Camps Bay. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary foundation, excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver consistently high-quality breakfast service in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes in line with the hotel's standards.
  

• Ensure food is consistently fresh, well-presented and prepared to specification.
  

• Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards.
  

• Assist with breakfast service and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  

• Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
  

• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  

• Maintain an organised and clean working environment.
  

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar kitchen role.
  

• Experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment will be advantageous.
  

• Good knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene.
  

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy breakfast service.
  

• Strong teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
  

• A positive attitude and passion for delivering quality food.
  

Salary: R9,500 per month.
