Experience in breakfast and high-end restaurants
You will be responsible for the preparation and service of the breakfast section, supporting the team and helping colleagues

Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention for detail
Dedicated, excellent team player with strong communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised and using own initiative and the Ambition to succeed at the highest levels
Strictly follow all food safety and health & safety procedures

- Professional Approach

- 3AA rosette or micheline experience

- Dedicated team player with strong communication skills

Full time permanent position 40 hours per week ( 5 days a week)
Salary £31000k per annum
An additional monthly share of service charge and tips
