Our team are the heart and soul of all we do. Here’s what you’ll be up to:
- Leading or supporting the breakfast service with confidence, calm, and care.
- Preparing, cleaning and organising ingredients to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation across your section.
- Staying ahead of prep and planning needs to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Supporting the wider kitchen team wherever needed with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Breakfast Chef who takes pride in preparing great food and maintaining high standards, and who enjoys being part of a busy kitchen team.
The hours are 28 per week, working 5am to 12pm, 4 days over 7.

- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- A good understanding of food hygiene and safety
- Strong preparation and organisational skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistently high standards
