Breakfast Manager / Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

· Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

· Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.

· Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational needs.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and service standards.

· Conduct staff coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance team performance.

· Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and service issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in a similar supervisory or managerial role within a high-volume or upscale restaurant environment

· Strong leadership skills with in-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and problem-solving

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Ability to manage conflicts and resolve issues effectively

· Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays

· Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment

· Computer literate, well-organized, and self-motivated

· Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.

· Willingness to work on weekends, and public holidays as required.
