SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midtown Baldwin Center seeks a friendly, dependable, energetic Breakfast Attendant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will create a welcoming breakfast experience by preparing and maintaining our complimentary breakfast buffet while providing exceptional guest service.

What You Will Do

• Prepare, set up, and maintain the hotel's complimentary breakfast buffet
• Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
• Ensure food stations remain stocked, fresh, and well-presented throughout breakfast hours
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards
• Keep the breakfast area, kitchen, and dining space clean and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and food preparation equipment
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs
• Assist with light food preparation and buffet breakdown
• Support hotel guests by answering questions and directing them to hotel amenities

What We Are Looking For

• Previous food service, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
