This role requires professionalism, refined service skills, strong product knowledge, and a deep understanding of fine cuisine, wine, and service standards to ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations.What you'll get to do* Greet guests warmly and professionally, guiding them through a high-end dining experience from arrival to departure* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and seasonal changes* Offer thoughtful recommendations for food and beverage pairings, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options* Execute fine dining service techniques, including tableside service, coursed meals, wine service, and proper plate presentation* Anticipate guest needs and provide unobtrusive, attentive service throughout the mealSkills and Experience* Prior experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality preferred* Must obtain and maintain any required state or local alcohol service permits or certifications* Must obtain and maintain any required state or local food service certifications* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* High level of attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment* Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage* Ability to remain calm, poised, and professional under pressure
