For our newest training center in Bremen, we are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Location Manager (m/f/d).

About the role
As a Location Manager (m/f/d), you are fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Bremen training center. You are the driving force behind performance, safety, quality and team engagement. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role where you can build, shape and grow a location from the very beginning — setting the tone for success and making a direct impact on our international expansion.
What will you do?
You take full ownership of the location and:
manage and optimize daily operations of the training center
ensure the highest standards in health, safety and compliance
monitor and elevate the quality and performance of instructors
drive customer satisfaction and deliver an excellent training experience
build, coach and inspire a strong and motivated team
manage planning, capacity and operational efficiency
identify improvements and implement processes to support growth
What do you bring?
Proven experience in operations, site management or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on and no-nonsense mentality
Experience in safety-driven or technical environments is a strong plus
Excellent communication skills in English and German
A proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
The ability to balance structure, flexibility and customer focus
