Brewing Inventory and Compliance Lead

Role Purpose:
The Brewing Inventory and Compliance Lead is responsible for overseeing critical operational functions across Co-Packing, ERP inventory control, regulatory compliance, and brewing‑related quality systems. This role serves as a central operational resource, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and accountability across multiple brewing workflows. The Brewing Inventory and Compliance Lead provides day‑to‑day guidance, supports cross‑functional troubleshooting, and upholds the highest standards of quality, documentation, and regulatory adherence. This position requires strong organizational discipline, technical competency, and the ability to lead processes with urgency and precision.
Accountabilities & Impact:
Co-Packer Management
- Serve as the Brewing Co-Packer liaison, maintaining clear communication and operational alignment.
- Oversee production record documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Manage Co-Packer materials inventory, ensuring availability and reconciliation.
Inventory Responsibilities
- Perform routine cycle counting to maintain accurate internal inventory levels.
- Ensure accountability and transactional accuracy across all system entries.
- Oversee inbound receiving of brewing materials to ensure proper documentation and material flow.
- Act as liaison to process improvement projects, supporting corporate continuous improvement initiatives.
TTB / Regulatory Compliance
- Lead audit management to ensure readiness and compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Complete and verify brew/batch sheet documentation for regulatory accuracy.
- Maintain strict document control for all TTB‑related records.
Brewing Lead Functions
- Conduct routine quality auditing to ensure product consistency.
- Audit quality systems and data entry ensuring accuracy and completion.
- Perform routine EHS auditing to maintain a safe and compliant work environment utilizing EHS management software.
- Maintain SOP document control and ensure procedural accuracy.
- Support operator development through involvement in employee enhancement programs.
- Assist in schedule oversight to ensure alignment of resources, production timing, and operational priorities.
Skill & Experiences Needed:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree and/or Trade Certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing environment.
- Previous Brewing or high-speed food/beverage manufacturing experience.
- Brewing/Filtration experience a plus
- Demonstrated and effective use of computer skills such as MS office, Teams, OneNote, and email.
- Forklift experience

Working conditions:
- Fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
- Ability to work outdoors occasionally, exposed to the outside conditions, for short periods of time.
- Subject to extreme temperatures.
- Shift work including days, evenings, overnight shifts, and up to 12 hrs.
- Overtime including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand/move 8-12 hours per day.
- Ability to ascend/descend stairs/ladders throughout shift.
- Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including (but not limited to) bump cap, safety steel toe shoes, safety glasses, dust masks or PAPRs.
- Must adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Scheduling requirements: 5 days(M-F),6am-2:30pm.
