Bridal Stylist

Crystal Springs Resort, home to two award-winning luxury spas in Northern New Jersey and recognized among the Top 100 Spas in America, is seeking talented and passionate Wedding Hair Stylists to join our growing salon team.

We are looking for creative, detail-oriented professionals who specialize in bridal hairstyling and makeup, and are passionate about helping brides and their wedding parties look and feel their absolute best on their special day. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to create beautiful, long-lasting hairstyles while delivering an exceptional luxury salon experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional bridal hairstyling services for brides, bridesmaids, wedding parties, and other salon guests.

• Create a variety of bridal hairstyles, including elegant updos, romantic waves, braids, and other customized looks.

• Consult with brides and clients to understand their vision, preferences, and desired wedding-day style.

• Execute hairstyles efficiently and professionally while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.

• Work collaboratively with the salon team to coordinate wedding-day appointments and ensure a seamless guest experience.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation.

• Provide outstanding customer service and help create a relaxing, positive experience for every guest.

Requirements:

• Active New Jersey Cosmetology License.

• Previous professional hairstyling experience; 3+ years preferred.

• Bridal hairstyling experience required, including proficiency in updos and formal styling.

• Strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, particularly during busy wedding mornings.

• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation:

• Hourly pay + commission + tips.
