Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing timely and accurate broking services to Singapore & Mainland China clients.
• Business development into prospective clients for the ferrous desk with a primary focus on clients in the Singapore & Mainland China market.
• Sales and client relationship management with existing and prospective clients.
• Manage and execute client order properly through system in accordance with Company policies.
• Calculate dealing prices, compile, organize and maintain records of business transaction.
• Work closely with front office and back-office staff to resolve client queries.
• Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent communication in English and native Chinese is required.
• Prior client relationship management, business development or broker roles within an interdealer brokerage firm is required.
• Prior experience in the commodities/mining sector isa plus.
• Experience managing relationships with Mainland China-based clients is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in business or economics related is required.
• Good team player and able to work independently.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work well under pressure.
