Broker Business Manager

About the role

• Your objective will be to lead and manage a panel of brokers assigned to your area, under criteria of growth and profitability within the DT NORTE / La Coruña team
• You will manage a network of brokers, guaranteeing the profitable growth of the Individuals, Companies, and Life business in La Coruña.
• You will have the opportunity to drive ideas to boost this development, energizing and motivating the assigned broker network, executing initiatives to achieve the set targets.
• You will provide a comprehensive view of the business, identifying opportunities for its development, staying up to date with new market needs and competitors in the area.

What we're looking for

• We will value proven experience in leading and managing major client accounts.
• If you are motivated by working with a broker network, are client-oriented, and have a proactive commercial approach.

Nice to have

• It is not essential, but if you have worked in digital environments, it will be a welcome plus.
• We will take into account that you are motivated by collaborative work tools (e.g., Teams, PowerBI, etc.).
