About the role

At Randstad, we are looking to select a Broker Manager to join Mapfre España, at its Madrid offices (C/ General Perón, 40), through a long-term replacement contract for IT sick leave.

Mission

The main mission of the Client Manager will be to offer the highest level of quality and speed in commercial and administrative management to the Broker network. To this end, they will carry out sales and after-sales advisory for the products offered by MAPFRE, together with the Commercial Technician and the Office Director.

The Broker Manager is a key position in broker loyalty by actively collaborating in the maintenance and management of their portfolio, collaborating in the achievement of the broker office's objectives.

The main duties of the position will be:

• Support the Commercial Technicians in commercial management for brokers.
• Facilitate broker loyalty by providing the highest level of speed and quality when resolving their requests.
• Communicate cross-selling opportunities applicable to the broker's potential clients.
• Handle recurring requests arising from the SGC and SGO systems with their various contacts.
• Provide administrative support to the broker office.
• Make regular visits to brokers to improve their understanding of Mapfre products and tools.
• Keep their knowledge of products and tools up to date to optimize their professional activities.
• Comply with the institutional and organizational principles of the Mapfre group.
• Facilitate periodic reporting of commercial or administrative activities to ensure management transparency.
• Use commercially the tools established by Mapfre.

Requirements

What knowledge and experience will be considered?

Education and knowledge

• University degree or higher-level vocational training (FP).

Experience

Previous experience in similar functions is required.
