Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to agents, associations, insurance carriers, and internal departments.
  • Respond to inquiries received through phone, email, ticketing platforms, and other internal communication channels.
  • Investigate questions, gather the necessary information, and provide clear and accurate responses.
  • Coordinate with other departments when an inquiry requires additional review or support.
  • Maintain accurate records and update information within internal systems.
  • Follow up on outstanding requests and ensure matters are brought to an appropriate resolution.
  • Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with agents and external partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, systems, and service delivery.
  • Maintain and update departmental procedures, process manuals, templates, and reference materials.
  • Support departmental projects and complete additional responsibilities assigned by the immediate manager.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration, customer service, operations support, or a related role; experience in the financial services, insurance, or IMO industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams); experience with CRM systems, ticketing platforms, or workflow management tools is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, sense of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a positive, solution-focused approach in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA.

Pay Rate: $52,000 yr/USD




The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
