We are currently working with a leading Financial Services firm who are looking to hire a Broker Support Associate to join their team in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of service and support to brokers, ensuring queries and requirements are handled accurately and efficiently.
- Manage new account opening and account related queries.
- Liaise with internal operations teams to support broker and client requirements.
- Maintain and update broker and client pipelines and relevant management information.
- Support Account Managers while developing strong knowledge across pensions and investment products.
Requirements:
- APA or QFA qualified
- Degree in business, finance or a related discipline
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation and prioritisation skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good numerical skills
