Brokerage Business Management

• Support the Head of Business Management in executing the Brokerage governance agenda. • Lead assigned Business Management initiatives and ensure timely coordination and follow-up. • Support implementation of new products, regulatory changes, and business enhancements from governance, control, and operational readiness perspectives. • Contribute to management reporting, committee submissions, and business presentations. • Manage the day-to-day activities of the Business Management unit across governance, reporting, controls, and process oversight. • Oversee internal control reviews, regulatory gap analysis, policy and procedure updates, and end-to-end process documentation. • Review and consolidate department MI, analytics, presentations, and reporting. • Supervise onboarding and periodic review of brokers, custodians, vendors, and third parties, including agreements, SLAs, and PLAs. • Oversee brokerage invoices, market data coordination, exchange reporting, and administrative matters.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline; postgraduate qualification is an advantage. • Certifications preferred: CME, CFA, CISI, FRM, or equivalent • Fluent English and Arabic. • 8–10 years relevant experience; prior supervisory experience preferred. • Strong knowledge of brokerage governance, controls, reporting, operations, SBL, margin lending, and stakeholder coordination.
