Join our UPS Supply Chain Solutions customs brokerage team at Frankfurt Airport and help customers move goods across borders with confidence. You’ll use your expertise to navigate complex clearance requirements and shape practical, competitive solutions that keep global trade on track.

Your Tasks
Providing customs brokerage expertise for assigned accounts and supporting Sales and Operations in delivering customer requirements
Developing competitive and profitable brokerage solutions through solution design, pricing, contract negotiations and statements of work
Partnering with customers and internal teams to retain revenue, reduce churn and identify growth opportunities
Leading brokerage discussions during customer meetings and quarterly business reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships
Managing service levels, standard operating procedures and key performance indicators to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction
Identifying and leading service, supply-chain and continuous-improvement initiatives, including corrective action plans and best-practice sharing
Your Skills
Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or a related field
Current Customs Broker License
Relevant experience in customs brokerage, logistics or a related service area, with exposure to areas such as solution development, pricing and account management
Ability to collaborate across teams, build customer relationships and help improve service
