We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks within the Brokerage department. You are part of that team!

What will you do on a daily basis?
- Perform general brokerage tasks and assess duties and taxes for international package imports. Prepare and coordinate the necessary arrangements for aircraft/truck arrivals and maintain communications with Customs.
- Ensure that customs duties and tax assessments comply with local customs and tax regulations.
- Contact customers, when necessary, to obtain information required for customs clearance procedures.
- Prepare reports and assist the supervisor with the management and organization of the overnight team.
- Resolve issues related to customs declarations and cargo manifests.
- Perform other technical and administrative duties related to the role.

What are we looking for?
- Customs/Brokerage Certification – preferred.
- Previous experience in a customs environment.
- Intermediate level of English (B1), both written and spoken – preferred.
- High school diploma (12th grade) – preferred.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Working hours: 00:00 – 08:00 Monday to Friday.
