Beauty Therapist / Beautician / Cosmetologist (Brows, Lashes, Skincare & Waxing)

We are looking for an experienced and versatile Beauty Therapist to join our salon team in Al Barsha, Art of Living Mall, Dubai.

We are seeking a skilled beauty professional with solid hands-on experience in brow and lash treatments, threading, waxing and basic facial treatments. Our main priority is a specialist who can independently perform a wide range of non-invasive beauty treatments and provide high-quality services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional brow shaping using different techniques, including threading and waxing.
• Provide brow tinting and brow lamination treatments.
• Perform lash treatments, including lash lifting and tinting.
• Provide professional body waxing and hair removal services.
• Perform basic facial treatments, including facial cleansing and skincare masks.
• Consult clients on suitable treatments and recommend appropriate services.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and client safety.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Maintain clean tools, equipment and workstations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, Brow & Lash Specialist or Beautician.
• Strong practical skills in brow shaping, including threading (essential).
• Experience in lash treatments, including lash lifting and tinting.
• Practical experience in brow lamination.
• Experience in body waxing and hair removal.
• Basic facial treatment skills are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and provide professional services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent Russian language is preferred.
• Intermediate English communication skills.
• Relevant beauty qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
