Bubble Tea Barista (m/f)

Plaća: od 900 EUR do 1400 EUR neto

• Prepare bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, coffee, and other beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Prepare and organize ingredients, including tea, tapioca pearls, syrups, jams, toppings, and other materials
• Take customer orders, recommend drinks, and provide friendly customer service
• Operate the POS system and handle cash and card payments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the counter, tables, floors, equipment, and the entire shop
• Clean and maintain beverage preparation equipment, refrigerators, and ice machines
• Monitor ingredient and packaging stock, check expiration dates, and report shortages
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and storing deliveries
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP procedures
• Cooperate with colleagues and assist with other daily shop operations when needed

Potrebno obrazovanje, znanja i vještine

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a bubble tea shop, coffee shop, café, or similar hospitality environment
• Experience in preparing beverages is preferred
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, responsible, reliable, and hardworking
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good hygiene habits and attention to cleanliness
• Willingness to learn new recipes and preparation techniques
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
• Native Croatian and basic english communication skills are an advantage
