Burkes Tree Care is hiring an experienced Bucket Operator Crew Lead to join our growing crew. We’re offering great pay, steady work, and a company that invests in its people.
What You’ll Do:
- Take down trees safely and skillfully, cutting sections and lowering them with ropes
- Run saws, chippers, and other equipment
- Keep your crew safe and communicate clearly on every job
- Leave each job site clean and ready for the customer
What We’re Looking For:
- Bucket Truck operation
- Valid CDL B or A is preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in the tree care industry preferred
- Proper Pruning techniques
- Comfortable running chainsaws, ropes, and rigging gear
- Strong work ethic and a focus on safety
- Team player with good communication
