Analyzes healthcare budgeting and financial operations for a government agency, interpreting legislation and PPBS activities to guide resource allocation and performance evaluation.
About the Position: This position is being recruited for Falls Church, VA. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service.
Perform financial management functions and recommends decision alternatives that affect financial and budgetary operations.
Conduct independent analyses and interpretation of the impact of new legislation on regional resource requirements.
Interpret and analyze hea1th-related Planning, Programming, and Budgeting System (PPBS) activities as they apply to the provision of healthcare.
Provide expert advice and assistance in the development of budgetary plans.
Evaluate the business plan's execution performance by monitoring appropriate metrics and determining reasons for variances from planned execution.
