THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This position is located in the G4 in Phoenix, AZ. The purpose of this position is to serve as the analyst and consultant for the management and administration of budget programs within the directorate/division. Serves as key coordination point for all budget requirements. This work requires knowledge and skill in the application of financial management, related laws, regulations, policies, acquisition, precedents, methods, and techniques of budget analysis and funds management.
