Provide guidance on budget operations to ensure resources are used in an efficient manner.
Manage the battalion reimbursable budget of over $10M to minimize occurrences of funding violations.
Serve as Battalion Agency Program Coordinator for Credit Card Program to ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Develop trends to forecast the financial capabilities for subordinate units.
Analyze program plans to determine the impact on signal operations.
