Budgeting Manager - UAE National

We are seeking an experienced UAE National finance professional to lead budgeting, financial reporting, financial controls, and overall finance operations for a well-established semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi. This is a leadership role suited to someone with strong commercial awareness, hands-on finance expertise, and the ability to drive financial discipline within a structured environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead annual budgeting and forecasting activities across the business • Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and internal controls • Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow monitoring • Support audit processes and regulatory reporting requirements • Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions • Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic decision-making • Lead and mentor finance team members

• Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in budgeting, reporting, and finance operations • Strong understanding of financial controls and compliance • Excellent analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills • UAE National with Family Book • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline • ACCA or CPA qualification preferred • Salary: AED 40,000 per month
