Your day-to-day work will include:

• Supporting users with advertising accounts and payments
• Investigating technical issues affecting campaigns
• Helping users understand platform features and policies
• Delivering accurate solutions across multiple support channels
• Maintaining clear case records and escalating complex requests

You'll receive dedicated training before handling cases independently.

40 hours per week, rotating shifts
